🇮🇷 Russia feeds Iran battlefield clues as war widens. Two officials familiar with American intelligence said Moscow passed Iran information. They said it could help Tehran strike American warships, aircraft, and other regional assets. They also said intelligence has not found Russia directing Iran’s use of it. The disclosures mark the first sign Moscow is inserting itself into a war launched a week ago. Russia has tightened ties with Iran while seeking missiles and drones for its Ukraine fight. Iran has long been isolated over its nuclear program. Tehran also backs proxy groups, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. The risk is escalation by spreadsheet, not just by shrapnel. He dropped the tariff on February 6th after saying India pledged to stop buying. Brent crude rose to $89, up from just under $73 a week earlier.
